Responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed food/beverage recommendations
- Accurately process orders using POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Deliver food and beverages while maintaining impeccable timing and presentation
- Manage payment transactions and reconcile cash drawers at shift end
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and restock supplies proactively
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with team to maintain seamless service during peak hours
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old (alcohol service required)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
