Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests in a fast-paced fine dining setting
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Manage table sections while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Contribute to daily opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a busy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer/spirits and food allergens
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Team player with positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
