Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu, specials, and ingredients
- Accurately process orders, payments, and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards
- Reset tables promptly and maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies and sanitizing stations
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and processing transactions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
