Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately using POS systems while maintaining order flow
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Reset tables promptly and maintain clean dining areas
- Assist with opening/closing duties including stocking stations
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Oregon Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy and cleanliness
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
