Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly navigate our extensive wine and craft cocktail menu
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and menu items
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume settings
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 6+ hour shifts
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
