Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Manage multiple tables during peak dining hours
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff
- Maintain pristine dining room standards and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings
- Handle payment transactions and cash management
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior restaurant/server experience required
- TABC certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
