Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless table turnover
- Ensure dining areas are immaculately maintained throughout shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak rushes
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (shifts 4-8 hours)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Food safety certification (will train if needed)
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
