Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and check delivery
- Master menu knowledge to recommend dishes and accommodate dietary restrictions
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain clean and organized dining stations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (TABC certification a plus)
