Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Manage table assignments and ensure timely food delivery
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve guest concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant serving experience preferred
- TAMRSA/ServSafe certification a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol
