Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately through POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table cleanliness and maintain dining room presentation standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties including restocking stations
- Collaborate with bartenders and support staff during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Food Handler/Safe Serve certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for order processing
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- TAMR (TABC) certification preferred
