Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table rotations to ensure optimal guest flow and seating efficiency
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Uphold sanitation standards and maintain clean dining areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with servers and support staff during peak service periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- TAMSA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast or Square experience preferred)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification required
- Must be 18+ years old
