Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service with menu knowledge and beverage expertise
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service timing
- Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate cash accountability
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure positive dining experiences
- Contribute to a positive team environment through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Michigan Alcohol Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
