Responsibilities
- Guest registration and attendee check-in services
- Manage event flow and crowd control at high-traffic venues
- Operate audiovisual equipment and stage setups
- Coordinate with vendors for seamless service delivery
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to all attendees
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of event logistics preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
