Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and delivering food/beverages
- Build rapport with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle special requests
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and promotional items
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
