Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly explain seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders and payments using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations throughout shift
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience required
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent knowledge of food/wine pairings and service standards
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel preferred)
