Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately enter orders and process payments via POS system
- Master 50+ menu items including seasonal specials and dietary restrictions
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Upsell premium beverages and seasonal promotions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- TAMRSA alcohol certification required (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude under high-volume service conditions
- Must possess reliable transportation
