Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm hospitality and menu expertise
- Process orders accurately using our advanced POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Assist with table bussing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment through communication and cooperation
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant server experience preferred
- TAM (Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission) certification required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy and service timing
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and check balancing
