Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with warm, knowledgeable interactions
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining flawless timing
- Execute food/beverage orders with precision and attention to detail
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak rushes
- Maintain immaculate station cleanliness and table turnover
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/casual upscale server experience
- TAMRSA/ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-energy environments
- Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service
- Strong cash handling and POS proficiency
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends required)
- Valid Texas Food Handler's card
