Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in order-taking and timing
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system while handling cash transactions securely
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness throughout shifts
- Upsell menu specials, wine pairings, and seasonal promotions to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant server experience required
- Proven knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and processing payments
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Georgia Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
