Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Master menu knowledge and recommend food/beverage pairings
- Operate POS system efficiently for accurate order processing
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas and station management
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with positive solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- TABC certification required (training provided if needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Food Handler's Certification
