Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with food/beverage orders and delivery
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and adhere to sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless order execution
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professional problem-solving
- Support daily opening/closing procedures including station setup/breakdown
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior restaurant/server experience required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and allergen protocols
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak service periods
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math aptitude for order accuracy and payment handling
