Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table turnover while maintaining impeccable cleanliness and table settings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to daily side work and opening/closing procedures
- Upsell specials and high-margin items to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or upscale restaurant server experience
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Valid North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) certification
