Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders using our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and assist with opening/closing duties
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and payment processing
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
