Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and beverage recommendations
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Manage table rotations and maintain clean dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Handle payments and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and side work
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings and menu items
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- CA Food Handler Card required
- TAMS/POS system proficiency
