Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly explain seasonal specials and menu items
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Reset and maintain clean, polished dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant server experience preferred
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings and cocktail service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
