Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Masterfully navigate our seasonal menu and wine pairings to enhance dining experiences
- Efficiently manage 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Process payments accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area standards throughout shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and contribute to team cohesion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic wine knowledge and passion for culinary arts
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- TAMS/POS system proficiency preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
