Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master 50+ menu items and 20+ specialty cocktails
- Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless service
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
- Contribute to maintaining a pristine dining environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant experience required
- Florida Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Miami dining scene preferred
