Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive customer interactions
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables, ensuring accurate order entry and timely delivery
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Process payments efficiently using our modern POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve guest inquiries and special requests
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and impeccable table settings
- Upsell signature dishes and seasonal promotions to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ years old
