Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table rotation and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash accountability
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with bartenders and support staff during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- TABC certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
