Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and professionalism
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and service areas
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ with TABC certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of wine/beer fundamentals a plus
