Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and order processing using our POS system
- Memorize menu details and wine pairings to guide guest selections
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and restrooms
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- PA Alcohol Beverage Control certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during high-pressure periods
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
