Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized table service to guests throughout dining experience
- Accurately enter orders via POS system and coordinate with kitchen/bar teams
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service mindset
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
