Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with attention to detail
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Process payments and maintain clean, organized service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and liquor service regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Indiana alcohol server permit (TIPS certified)
