Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with personalized recommendations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Maintain pristine dining room standards and sanitation protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Support opening/closing duties including restocking stations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Minnesota alcohol service permit
