Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately input orders into POS system and communicate with kitchen
- Present food/beverage menus with detailed knowledge of offerings
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup throughout shift
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with exceptional problem-solving
- Collaborate with food runners and bartenders for seamless service
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience required
- CA Alcohol Server Certification (R card)
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends & holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
