Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean dining areas
- Handle payment transactions and cash responsibilities
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- TAMS/food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
