Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warm hospitality
- Accurately process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Deliver meals and beverages with precision and timing
- Manage table cleanliness and reset efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 6+ months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
