Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Master menu knowledge and recommend seasonal specialties, wine pairings, and craft cocktails
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean and organized dining stations throughout shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience in fast-paced environments
- Philadelphia Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
