Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our POS system while maintaining order flow
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless timing and special requests
- Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Ensure immaculate table turnover and dining area maintenance
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including station setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18+ with valid TABC certification
