Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup for optimal guest experience
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maintain service flow
- Address guest concerns promptly with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
