Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a welcoming demeanor
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen staff
- Deliver food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Monitor table cleanliness and restock service stations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in full-service restaurant preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
