Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and allergen awareness
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling compliance
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Reset tables promptly and maintain dining room cleanliness standards
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side work and stocking
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
