Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Present menu knowledge and recommend signature dishes
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience
- Alcohol certification (TIPS training preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Team player with positive attitude
