Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation
- Manage table assignments, seat guests, and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily sales reports
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate concerns to management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant or hospitality service experience required
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
