Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately and promptly using our modern POS system
- Manage table cleanliness and ensure timely bussing during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through open communication
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
