Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with professionalism and warmth
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain clean dining areas and sanitized tableware
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS terminals
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with positive solutions
- Adhere strictly to food safety and alcohol service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
