Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests including order taking, beverage refills, and check presentation
- Master menu knowledge and daily specials to upsell effectively
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless food and beverage delivery
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout shifts
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred but not required
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
