Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service in a fast-paced fine-dining environment
- Accurately process orders using our POS system
- Upsell specialty dishes and seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate tabs
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant server experience preferred
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings and menu details
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- PA Alcohol Beverage Control certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
