Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining beverage/food standards
- Process orders accurately through POS system and manage payment transactions
- Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and specials to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours for seamless service
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and maintain detailed product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Flexible availability including weekday lunch/dinner shifts
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
