Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak shifts with accuracy and grace
- Process payments POS system while handling cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on order accuracy and timing
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior restaurant or hospitality experience required
- Must maintain TABC certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
